Shipping & Return Policy

SHIPPING

All logos for our clothing, accessories and decor are custom designed and applied in-house for each order. Please allow 1 week for the completion of an order before shipment. Most orders will be complete within a weeks time, hoodies, sweats and t-shirts can occasionally take up to 2 weeks depending on availability. We thank you ahead for your purchase and patience...good things come to those who wait.

 

RETURN POLICY

Due to the customization of our products, all items are considered FINAL SALE.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

In the unfortunate event that an item arrives damaged please contact us, in 7 days of receiving item to begin the return process. Please include a photo of the damaged item where possible. 

To start a return, you can contact us at lisa@birchbluedesigns.ca If your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
